Today is April 1st.
But some lies don’t stay just for today.
They stay with you for years inside your own body.
The idea that pain always means injury.
That stiffness is just a lack of stretching.
That your body is “stuck” with no way out.
These are interpretations — not absolute truths.
The body is adaptive.
It responds to what you repeat.
And when the practice changes,
the way the body responds changes too.
👉 Maybe the problem was never your body.
Maybe it was the approach.

Before we celebrate the launch and dive into book, we will gather for a discussion on Journey to the Heart of Pain by . Our students are moved by this origin story of the founding of the method. The dedication, the unwavering commitment to “find a way” to restore health and functionality to the body through yoga. Our students are showing up with provocative questions, not just about the method but rethinking their entire approach to healthcare. Join us on April 3rd at 10 am in the KYSTL studio.
