I just got approval forclasses again if you guys are interested. Last year was fun and it was good for us all to get out of the house and get some fitness and socialization in. The kids all did a great job following COVID-19 safety guidelines. I hate that I have to charge people money but it’s $25 a class. First class is always free of charge of course.

6:00-7:15 still. The dates are 10/12/21, 10/14/21, 10/19/21, 10/21/21, 10/26/21, 10/28/21, 11/4/21, 11/9/21, 11/16/21, 11/18/21

It has been a while since I’ve posted anything. The program has been still going on. Obviously, with Covid, we had to postpone plans for a while but we started back up again in the spring and going to start some more classes this fall.I like to keep the classes small but we could squeeze in a couple more kids if anyone is interested. First class is always free. Message me if interested.

This workout only takes 7 minutes and helps with self-regulation,
used as a brain break,
or indoor recess movement activity!

One of our kiddos figured out how to get our fitness app to connect to the projector screen. For our visual learners, the timer especially helped.
