The memory jar…still doing it:)
I did this last year also and it was really neat. I’m currently typing out last years notes and reflecting. Its pretty cool💕

Get a jar and sticky notes(you can’t write a novel on a sticky note🤪)
Write down 1
Thought,memory, lesson (good,bad,whatever) add $1,$5,$20…..when you decide to reflect on them, you just may learn from yourself and end up with a few extra bucks;)

Happy Monday!
I have been suffering from a back issue for about month. Yesterday landed me in urgent care. X-rays and muscle relaxers🤦‍♀️ I’m also in PT for it.

What do I think?
Pelvic floor dysfunction. I was just told last year I have diastis recti. Separation of abdominal muscles. Not Prolapse where organs drop and we want to avoid that;)
Probably had it since my last child was born. Almost 15 years ago!!

Pelvic Floor therapist suggested I work on my C-section scar again….Crazy? I don’t think so;) The body is crazy! crazy complicated and intertwined and that’s what always fascinates me💕
That’s why I will always continue to learn fro myself and for you❤️
