It’s Senior Sunday time, friends! Today we are featuring .seipel
Emma started her dancing career here at DeNoyer at 9 years old and quickly showed great potential. From starting in recreational classes to eventually joining our D.O.T team, she quickly learned all that she could to make up for lost time! She is a sweet girl who we will certainly miss having around the studio next season. After graduation Emma plans to attend Maryville University to study nursing. 👩‍⚕️ And with a strong head on her shoulders and work ethic like hers, we know she will do great!

During her time here at DeNoyer Emma has especially loved taking contemporary and ballet classes. Her favorite teachers are Jessica and Casey and some of her favorite dances are duet “We Hug Now” with her buddy Myra and “The Mess Up Ballet” from ballet instructor Ms. Natalie! 🙌 She has made so many memories her at the studio but says she will especially miss the long talks with friends in the parking lot after dance. It’s the little things!

From Emma “Be confident in your ability and keep a good work ethic. Hard work pays off and feeling confident in yourself allows you to shine and feel your best on stage.” We think that is great advice!
She also says “Don’t be too hard on yourself over small mistakes everyone makes. The studio is the best place to learn and where you can work on your dances and technique with support from friends and teachers. Don’t compare yourself to other dancers because dance is a team sport, and everyone works together to make a dance come to life.” Very well said, Emma!

seipel it has been so wonderful having you here as part of the DeNoyer family. We are so proud of your growth and all of your successes and we will so miss having you are next season. But know that we are watching you continue to shine and so proud of you always! Congratulations, Emma! Today we are celebrating you!! 🎉

Happy Saturday, Dance Fam! DeNoyer would like to send out a very special Happy Birthday to the beautiful Miss Natalie! 🎂

grew up here at DDS and like so many of our staff members, loved us so much she just couldn’t leave! 😉 With fabulous tapping feet and over the top stage presence, we knew she would be the perfect instructor to pass down those skills to the next generation of dancers. And boy are we glad she agreed to stay! Miss Natalie’s kind and sweet demeanor is perfect for our little ones learning their very first steps and just right for older kiddos who are just deciding to give dance a try. She has been a wonderful addition to our staff the last few years and we can’t await to watch her shine for years to come.

In her “free time” (true to Barbeau style) Miss Natalie attends nursing school, is a CNA at Delmar gardens, runs her own DELICIOUS baking business Oh La La Bakery, takes guitar lessons AND teaches at Michelle’s School of Dance in Saint Clair, MO! Whoa! 😮‍💨 🤯

It’s time for everyone’s favorite Birthday Celebration! DeNoyer Dance would like to wish a very special Happy Birthday to the one and only Ms. Jackie!! 🎉 🎂

is the queen of fast tapping feet, super fun funky hip hop moves and those always entertaining high energy Pom numbers. She’s the reason so many of our tiny tappers fall in love with dance and why so many families keep coming back to DeNoyer. Every day is a party in Jackie’s class but we hope today feels extra special! We truly wouldn’t be who we are, without her! 💜

It’s the last day of our final competition of the season and time to celebrate another fabulous Senior! 👩🏻‍🎓
Today we are celebrating the always amazing

Rachel and her family have been a part of the DDS family for nearly 2 decades. She excels at every style she touches, goes full out each and every time and has put in countless hours of “extras” in her own time to take her time here at the studio to the next level. After graduation, she will be attending Mizzou to study Civil Engineering. What a powerhouse!! 💪🏻

Rachel has loved her time with us so much that she has too many favorites to count. But some favorite dances include Ms. Jackie hip hop classic “Starships”, Ms. Casey’s contemporary “Hopeless Wanderer” and the always fun “Dalé” jazz line by Serena and Jess. She says she’s loved each and every class and definitely can’t pick a fave instructor!

From Rachel,
“Just do what you love. Not because someone said so, but because you love it. Don’t be scared to take risks, try hard and want it more than someone else. Don’t be afraid to care. Opinions don’t define you.” Sounds like a strong confident young woman with a bright future! 💫

It has been such a pleasure having Rachel here as part of the dance family and we will certainly miss seeing her on the big stage. Lucky for us, her sister Miss Natalie and mama MB will still be around working hard as part of our staff! So we know she will be around. 😜

Today we are celebrating the mamas but we also have to celebrate one very special Senior!!! 👩🏻‍🎓
Today’s Senior Sunday feature is the one and only

Chloe is a sweet girl who has been so much fun to watch grow over the years here at the studio. Much like Senior Reese, she has been such a help to our little ones in recent years and a great role model for dancers all around! She has especially loved her time working with Miss Cindi’s Pre-k classes, having fun with her friends in any Hip hop class she took and making memories on all of those Nationals trips! Her favorite dances are what other than Hip Hop of course! Including “Pay Up”, “Get Loose”, and “Lose Control”.

From Chloe:
“Through dance, DeNoyer helped teach me to be myself and not worry about how others feel about me. Especially when I’m up on stage all by myself.
My advice for future DDS dancers is to make the most of every moment and just have fun. Although I would also advise future dancers to not take life so seriously, it’s important to remember that discipline is substantial and will help you achieve what truly matters to you in and out of dance.” Wise words Miss Chloe!

After graduation Chloe plans to attend Saint Louis University to major in Medical Science and study to be a dermatologist. Wow! 🤩

Congratulations, Chloe. We are so proud of you! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to the studio over the years. We know that your future is so bright and we can’t wait to watch you shine! Now you’ve got 2 more chances to rock it on the big stage before you take off! 🙌

It’s a beautiful day and the perfect day to celebrate one very beautiful graduating Senior! 👩🏻‍🎓
Today we are celebrating the one and only

We have loved watching Reese grow up over the years, trying her hand at all the styles! From tap and Poms to hip hop and jazz, she rocks the stage in all the styles!!
While here at the studio some of her favorite things include tap classes with Miss Abby and ballet with the one and only Mr. Octavio! Her current favorite dance is her tap duet with her buddy Kendra “Vivaldi” but her all time favorites are a tie between her 2nd solo “Blue Skies” and the Poms dance “Like a Prayer”. All fabulous choices! 🙌 Some of her favorite memories come from nationals trips and getting to spend time with friends. She also loved also helping out with the pre-k students, watching them learn their first steps and then some day growing to be part of our D.O.T team! We know those little ones will sure miss having you!

From Reese:
“The friends I made, the lessons I learned, and the memories I created were far more important than the trophies. Dance is one of those things where you can take your mind off of everything else going on in the world, so cherish it while you have it and don’t let others be the reason you lose your love for it. You are the only one who will hold you back from thriving and achieving what you know you can. “

After graduation Reese plans to attend Lindenwood University and major in Biochemistry. Wow, smart girl!🤩 🧪 It has been such a pleasure having Reese, and her family, here at the studio all these years. We will so miss having her smiling face on stage and helping hands around the studio in class. We know her future is bright, regardless of where she lands and we just can’t wait to watch her continue to shine!

Congrats, Reese! 🎉 Today we are celebrating you. You did it and boy are we proud!!🥲 Good luck in all that you do and don’t forget that DeNoyer will always be a place you can call home. 💜
