Big props to my client Ann for making amazing progress in her fitness journey! Ann came to me looking for motivation, building healthy habits, and making exercise enjoyable. She accomplished so much during our time together! She not only lost inches and built strength, but found a new passion for fitness and feels more motivated than ever! Way to go Ann!

I'd like to highlight one of my clients, Heidi, who in just a few weeks ago walked in the Boston Brain Tumor 5k Walk, which is a charity event funding research and awareness about brain tumors. What made this event even more special for Heidi was that this was her first ever 5k she has been to walk! She has previously only been able to volunteer at this event because Heidi was never able to walk this far without agonizing pain from gluteus medius tears on both sides of her hips. After years of pain and immobilization, she had surgery this year to repair both tears, and through rehabilitation from physical therapy and then strength building from personal training, Heidi was able to walk those 3.1 miles without any pain! Heidi is also able to walk around her entire neighborhood, which she hasn't been able to do since moving there 11 years ago. Heidi continues to progress and I have no doubt that she will continue to press on to achieving more goals that were once considered impossible! Way to go Heidi!

Do you want to make a lifestyle change? Follow the example of Jerry Gooch. I got the pleasure of working with Jerry for over a year and she's continued on her journey of living a healthier lifestyle long after our last session. She's going to the gym 3-5x/week, doing a mix of cardio and resistance training and also watching her nutrition. Way to go Jerry! You look amazing!

Two years ago today, my client, Jeremy and I completed our first mud run together. This was the first of many accomplishments that would follow as Jeremy has since completed several 5k's, triathlons, another mud run, and even a half marathon! This is an illustration of the W.O.L.F. process. We build a community of support around our clients and empower you to break down those walls of doubt and to believe in yourself because we BELIEVE IN YOU!
