It’s time for spring. One thing I love about nature, it’s can be a fairly constant thing in uncertain time. Always there to remind that things continue to grow, transform, evolve. I’ve taken a long break to figure out what I really want to do in regards to teaching Yoga online. Conversations about the quality, type, etc. of video I want to produce have been had with those close to me. As much as I wanted to rush and jump like everyone else something happened as I got close to posting. I got fearful. I have a lot to offer, but have struggled with a positive image of myself online for a long time. To wrap all this up just know that I’m doing my best, I am in a good place and ready to produce some bad ass content. Thanks to those of you who have been patient. I hope you are well wherever you are, and if not I hope getting better.

Hey! I know I don’t post much, but I truly try to stay off social media as much as I can. I hope everyone of you had a great summer. I will be teaching at a new studio in South STL! Brick City Yoga is beautifully renovated and classes are very affordable ($10 drop in). Yin Yoga on Tuesday from 7-8 pm and Power Yoga from 6-7 am Wednesday each week.
