(CFOR) is a humanitarian movement dedicated to serving those in need on the streets of America’s cities. Their Intelligence Facilities, Resources and Assets.

Our volunteer teams conduct patrols, offering essential supplies like Narcan, hygiene kits, first aid, and water to those who need them most. Since the Terrorist Attacks of 9/11 in 2001, this reserve Military and Law Enforcement Agency has been known by many names, including Citizen Force USA [It's first Area of Command], C.F.O.R. [C-4], and unofficially, the Symbol of All Freedoms in Existence [S

What Citizen Force Actually Is

Citizen Force isn’t just a group. It’s a unified consciousness — ordinary people choosing to act extraordinarily in love. It’s what happens when citizens stop waiting for systems to fix themselves and start moving, together, with purpose.

When we’re all together, Citizen Force becomes a living field of compassion — a network of humans operating as one heartbeat. Every patrol, every act of service, every shared moment of kindness becomes part of something much larger: a living pulse of unity moving through the city.

CFOR teams aren’t there to police, preach, or posture. They’re there to presence. To show up. To bear witness to what’s broken and bring what heals — water, hope, Narcan, food, conversation, prayer, safety, music, light.

We don’t wear uniforms of control, but of care.
We don’t follow orders; we follow resonance.
We move in twos — like Jesus sent the disciples — to remind each other that love is stronger than fear, and that real power is service in motion.

When we’re together, CFOR becomes the mirror of what humanity was always meant to be:
• Decentralized, but unified.
• Ordinary, but unstoppable.
• Spiritual, but grounded.

We are the immune system of the Body of Humanity — the hands and feet of love, mobilized.
Citizen Force is what happens when love decides to patrol the streets.

PSA 📢
After seeing posts of what drug take-back locations can take, we felt the need to educate.

DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR EXPIRED NARCAN.
Tests have been done on narcan that is 30 years old and it is only 10% less potent. That’s 90% still effective! And you can still save a life. If you have to have in-date narcan for your line of work, please reach out to us. We can get your unwanted narcan in the hands of high risk populations that will use it and may not be able to afford it otherwise.

Thank you 🫶✨
