As we welcome a new season, I’ve been thinking about the many ways yoga has shaped my life.
Not just on the mat, but off it.
Over the years, yoga has taught me to slow down and pay attention. To spend more time outdoors. To live a little more in sync with each season. To appreciate simple moments and find joy in everyday things.
Somewhere along the way, yoga became more than a practice.
It became a way of living.
That spirit has always been at the heart of Salveo Yoga & Wellness.
I hope you’ll follow along as we explore what it means to live well.
Whether we meet on the mat, on the trail, around the table, or simply here in this space, I’m glad you’re here.
Take a new path to wellness.
Be well,
Sara

Taking Salveo out of the studio for a bit this week while the space gets a little refresh.
More movement, a slower pace, and a reminder that wellness can travel with you.
Be well.

We often think we need more…
More time.
More energy.
More motivation.
But sometimes what we really need is a moment to step outside, breathe, and let the body settle.
That’s where the shift begins.
That’s why we’re heading to the lake,
a mindful start to May.

Rainy day reset:
That fresh scent after the rain is called petrichor.
It’s created when rain hits the earth—releasing natural oils into the air.
That scent can help signal the body to slow down and settle.
Try this:
Stand in Tree Pose.
Inhale through your nose for 4…
Exhale for 6.
Let the earth ground you.
Have you noticed this after the rain?
Be well,
Sara

Starting the week here…
I come back to this again and again:
B.R.E.A.T.H.E. 🌿
Break what doesn’t serve me
Remember what matters
Ease into stillness
Allow myself to pause
Take time in nature
Hold my health as a priority
Exhale… and let it go
This is how I reset.
Wednesday we’re taking class outside for Earth Day. Join me. 🌿
