A quick weekend recap!
Shoutout to these teams for getting podium spots at .2battle this weekend.
Jen & Manju took third place in their FIRST EVER COMP! Two super special ladies - they work super hard at the gym and made it their goal to compete together this year - full time doctors, moms, wives and breast cancer survivors! When you see these two, make sure to give them a huge congratulations, we are so proud!!
And here’s to Coaches Bryan, Steve, Emily and Savannah for a couple first place finishes (and to Steve and Emily for winning some new personal barbells!)

These are the people behind the classes, the cues, the encouragement, the ones telling you “you’ve got :30 more seconds” when it feels like the longest :30 of your life😅
From early mornings, late nights, fist bumps, loud music, telling you to get lower in your squat… this crew is here for all of it.
So say hello to your team! Each coach brings their own style, personality, and a slightly different definition of “fun,” but they all have the same goal: helping you get a little better every time you walk through the door and no matter what, they’ve got your back.

Sending off 26 athletes to tackle 4 grueling workouts, starting Thursday and going through Sunday.
Just like the Open, it’s better with a crowd! Join us Thursday at 6:30pm, Friday at 5:30pm, Saturday at 9:30am and Sunday at 11 - spectate, cheer, join in, whatever it is, we want you there! 👏

Shout out to our own for tackling this past weekend!
After a rollercoaster Day 1 that included a 2.7-mile trail run, a gymnastics-heavy workout, and a challenging test packed with overhead squats and double unders—where she shaved an entire minute off her original time—Bri closed out the day in 16th place.
On Day 2, she attacked her barbell complex and climbed the leaderboard, finishing 12th overall in a stacked field of 57 athletes.
Careful… all that hard work in the gym is starting to show 😏🔥

✨Member Spotlight Moment✨
48.6 miles over 4 days at Disney Marathon Weekend😱
This past weekend, Alana took on a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon — all on consecutive days!
“Being as I’m usually not a runner, I wanted to prove to myself that I could be a runner. I started run training in July and slowly built my leg endurance. I was running 4-5 times a week while also doing 4-5 days a week of CrossFit classes. I went from dreading running 3 miles and now im saying oh that’s only a 5k 😂”
This weekend marked her first official half marathon and first marathon, all done on back-to-back days!
A lot of work, a lot of commitment, and a huge personal win. We’re proud Alana, way to go! 👏
