*We will be discussing judging, the DO'S and DONTS, what the judges are looking for and definitely how to present your physique the right way.

Qualification standards....the difference in mandatory poses within the NPC from other federations.
* History of the IFBB & NPC and the coveted OLYMPIA.
* To include we have our wonderful Pros attending and helping all while conducting FREE posing during and after.

Ticket Prices are 30.00 & 45.00 CASH ONLY. Children under 10 years of age are half off. Tickets go on sale starting one hour before showtimes.
