BJC Wellaware Running Club

The race is approximately 6 weeks away! How is your training going? This weekend, gear up for a 7 mile run that begins at the BJC WellAware Center! More details to come!

Wanna get a run in this morning? Come to the Wellaware center and take a 4 or 5 mile run at 9am! This is not an official run, therefore no one will be there to lead. BUT grab a buddy and brave the rain! Maps are at the front desk at the center! HAPPY RUNNING!

No run today. It's snowy which means all the trails through the park are probably snowy too. If you want to brave the elements, there are running maps at the front desk of the WellAware Center!! Best of luck!!

Runners! It FINALLY looks like we will be having some decent weather this Sunday! Prepare to run at 9am! This week it's 5 miles! I'll announce any changes or cancellations, otherwise we will see you at 9am at the Wellaware center on Sunday, February 3rd!

The first group run will be Sunday, January 20th and 9am and will start at the WellAware Center! In order for the runs to occur, it MUST be 30 degrees or warmer and there cannot be any snow or ice on the ground. And announcement will be made via Facebook the morning of the run the verify whether or not the run will occur!

Welcome to the BJC WellAware Center Running Group page! This is where we will provide information on group runs, videos on stretching, etc. and it will give you all a chance to connect and create a buddy system for the runs during the week.

You can begin picking up your running packets at the front desk of the BJC WellAware Center on Monday, January 14th! HAPPY RUNNING!!!
