Self love opens the door fam!!! 🚪✨
If there is no love, compassion, grace, and understanding for the self, your ability to receive love from others will be impaired and you may find yourself sabotaging amazing opportunities for intimacy and connection.
I invite you to at some point today, check in with yourself and get honest with what your relationship with yourself needs in order to evolve and expand in to love.

One thing you may not know about me is I wrestled all throughout high school and it is one of my favorite things to do.
In fact, I NEED it.
I find it greatly nourishing and relieving, especially as a man, to let my aggressive strength and power be felt by another consenting being.
I actually believe it is ESSENTIAL if you are a man struggling to harness your Ku Mana (Masculine Energy).

Regardless of what your friends, family, co-workers, or even YOU, project onto you when it comes to the mistakes you’ve made or the ventures you’ve taken on, remember you are inherently innocent, beautiful, and part of the divine unfolding.
Mistakes are baked into this human experience. It’s part of the deal. All of us make them and sometimes it takes a while to fully learn from them and shift.
Take some time to breathe into the fact that you’ve done your best and you are worthy of grace, compassion, understanding, and relief. 🙏🏽Mahalo
