Strength & Conditioning Day!!
If your sports are canceled due to the heat advisory, our building is air conditioned & we would love to have your athletes join us for our workout this evening! Come check us out $10 drop in 6-7:15pm. Please bring your own water.
*Must obtain a USA wrestling card
Strength and conditioning classes are still taking place throughout the summer! Come join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-7:15pm.

We are looking for 4 teams to fill up our tournament this weekend!! Come hang out and chat play bags, always a fun time!
There will be no off season practice, Monday May 25th.

Session 2 of off season is underway! Feel free to drop in on Mondays and Wednesdays! Champions are built all year long, not just during the season!
