Great new tune from our friends at the Feis App to keep us all going!!

We might be separated for now, but we are still, and always will be, one big, beautiful, connected community. 💚

Let’s keep our spirits up and stay motivated!💪🏼

Thank you to everyone involved for making this video possible. The FEIS App Team are eternally grateful.

This track is titled ‘Let’s Stay Motivated’ and will be available only on FEIS App next week! 😊

Lord of the Dance

Your old dance teacher still trying to strut her stuff here 24 years later!!! Fun little quarantine project for myself and my original cast mates from Lord of the Dance!

Follow Your Dream, Day #322: Dance For Hope II -- The OG Troupe

Please share this video. It comes with a special note from the original 1996 Troupe:

We are the original troupe of Lord of the Dance and we need your help!

In honour of our loved ones affected by Covid-19, Dementia and Alzheimer’s, and their amazing carers, please join with us to raise money for Dementia and Alzheimer’s charities in our home countries of Ireland, the UK and the USA, by making any donation you can….

… because when lockdown lifts, most people will get back to normal life. But for carers of people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s...lockdown *is* normal life.

Carers are often confined to the house as they cannot leave their loved one alone, and often become increasingly isolated from family, friends and society. This can be their life, not just for months but for many years.

Our nominated charities are:

* The Alzheimer Society of Ireland - www.alzheimer.ie
* Dementia UK - www.dementiauk.org
* The Alzheimer's Association of America – www.alz.org

Reunite, remember, dance, sing, laugh, cry and donate -- for hope.

In 1996, Michael Flatley assembled the greatest team of Irish dancers the world had ever seen. Many of them left their jobs to take a chance on Michael; they believed in him when no one else did, and they had only ten weeks to build a show -- or the dream would die forever.

It worked.

The 1996 #LordOfTheDance OG Troupe are the rock stars of the Irish dance world. They achieved the impossible: the billion-dollar dance show.

No one has seen them perform for years. In some cases, decades.

Now, at last -- they return.

This #IrishDance video is dedicated to the medical personnel and essential front-line services keeping us all safe. They are the true heroes, and it is for them that the OG Troupe assembles now to pay tribute.

💚You must... We All Must💚

Through times like these...
We must continue with our classes.
We must continue to listen to our teachers and work on their corrections.
We must continue to stretch.
We must continue to practice.
And in the words of Mr Flatley himself, we must continue to believe in ourselves and keep going!💙😊👏🏼

Stay Safe. Stay Motivated. Stay Dancing. 😊
