Ground Work Jiu-Jitsu

This week we had the pleasure of putting on a Jiu-Jitsu demonstration for the youth at the Day Care Center of New Canaan. It was awesome to share what we do with them and answer all their questions. We love giving back to the community ❤️🙏🏼

Big respect to all the students from Ground Work Jiu-Jitsu who showed up and gave it their all at today’s charity tournament. The hard work, focus, and effort each of you put in leading up to this event truly paid off. Shout out to all the training partners who pushed their teammates every step of the way. Three 15yr olds and a 16yr old pushing themselves to be great. These boys competed against teens their age and adults ages 18-29. Some bumps and bruises but it’s nothing they didn’t take like true champions and continue to push forward giving their best until their matches were over. I can’t express how proud I am as a coach to these young men.
Anthony , Andrew, Jeff & Sam you guys have such a bright future ahead of you an I am honored to be a part of it ! On to the next!! WARRRRRRRRR
