Growth is easier to celebrate than it is to sustain.
Erin Ardleigh of Dynama Insurance reported achieving double-digit growth year after year while working with Rich.
Results like that require more than encouragement. They require honest feedback, accountability, focused decisions, and the willingness to move beyond what already feels comfortable.
That is where coaching earns its place.

Starting the business was only the first challenge.
Pricing, lead generation, and hiring all needed attention before Capital City Roofing could build consistent momentum.
With clearer positioning and focused ex*****on, the company reported raising its prices and growing from an idea to completing two to three roofs each week.
Growth becomes possible when the right problems are handled in the right order.
Quiet clients are easy to misread.
Less feedback can feel like everything is working. But a sudden drop in questions, meetings, and communication may mean the client is disengaging.

“Take care of this” is not delegation if the next sentence is “but ask me before you decide.”
Real delegation gives someone a defined outcome, clear boundaries, an available budget, and the authority to move.
You can still create checkpoints. You just should not become another approval step inside every task.
Clear boundaries create ownership.

Delegation often fails because the task moves, but the decision stays with the owner.
Run a simple audit. List what only you can approve, identify where those approvals cause delays, and transfer one decision with clear limits.
Define the outcome, budget, deadline, and check-in point.
Start small, but transfer real authority.

If the team can only move when you push, you do not have an independent business. You have a queue with your name on it.
Decisions wait. Projects slow down. Problems arrive without proposed solutions.
These frustrations are connected. They show where the business still relies on your constant involvement.
