Together, we celebrate the freedom to be yourself, support one another, and stand proudly in a community where everyone belongs. Let’s continue spreading kindness, acceptance, and respect — this month and every month

June is Men’s Mental Health Month — a time to raise awareness, encourage open conversations, and remind men that prioritizing mental wellness is a sign of strength, not weakness. Mental health challenges often go unnoticed or unspoken among men due to stigma and societal pressures, making support, understanding, and access to resources more important than ever. This month encourages men and boys to check in with themselves and each other, seek help when needed, and know they do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we can promote healing, resilience, and a culture where mental health matters for everyone.
