Passionate about nutrition and how foods affect the body. Trauma survivor Why do I follow a healthy eating lifestyle? She made me eat!

I never had a good relationship with food. Ever since I was teenage. I always wanted to be skinny like a model so I just stopped eating. Food = calories = weight gain. I got down to
90 lbs and still saw myself as FAT!?? As a teenager, I looked at food as the evil one making me fat. I wouldn't eat and weighted 90 lbs. and still felt fat. When my grandmother discovered my bones sticking out she act

Things I thought were just "getting older" that turned out to be fixable:

The stiff back every morning — fixable.
The 3am wake-ups — better.
The mood that had no reason — getting there.
The joint pain that made me move like I was 80 — so much better.
The weight that appeared out of nowhere — still a work in progress, but moving.
The exhaustion that no amount of sleep fixed — way, way better.

I kept chalking things up to "this is just what getting older feels like."

And some of it is aging. I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

But a LOT of it was my body not having the support it needed to function well in THIS stage of life.

There's a difference between aging and being undernourished.

And once I started treating my body like it needed something different — not less — things started to shift.

Save this if you need the reminder. 💜

If you feel like a stranger in your own body… this is for you.

I looked in the mirror one morning and didn’t recognize myself.

I mean… I knew it was me.
Same face. Same eyes. Same heart.

But my body?
She felt like someone I didn’t know anymore.

The clothes that used to fit… didn’t.
The energy I used to have… gone.
The moods, the fog, the belly weight that showed up like an uninvited guest and refused to leave.

And the worst part?

I was doing everything right.
Eating clean. Moving more. Sleeping (or at least trying).
And still, I felt like I was losing control of my own body.

No one warned me how emotional this stage would be.
How it messes with your confidence, your identity, your JOY.
How you start questioning if this is just… how it’s going to be now.

But I want you to hear me when I say this:

You’re not crazy.
You’re not broken.
And you’re definitely not alone.

Midlife is a biological shift not a personal failure.
And once I started understanding what was actually happening inside (hello, hormones 👋), I stopped fighting my body and started working with her.

That’s when things changed.

That’s why I share this journey.
Not because I have it all figured out, but because I know what it feels like to be lost in your own skin and I’ve found tools that helped me come home to myself.

And now? I get to help other women do the same.

💬 Tell me: Have you ever felt this way too? Like your body was no longer your own?

Let’s talk about it. This space is for us.

I thought it was just menopause.
But my body was screaming for help in ways I didn’t even recognize.
Brain fog. Mood swings. Constant tension.
I felt like I was always bracing for impact.
I made one small shift...
and it changed everything.
If you’ve been feeling “off” too,
Then drop the word RESET if you want to know what helped me shift.

I knew change was coming… I just didn’t know how big it would be.

These past couple of weeks have felt... off. Like I was doing something, but not fully aligned. And if you know me, you know I don’t fake it — I feel things deeply.

After hitting that midlife wall (hello menopause + major life shifts), I started questioning everything — my path, my energy, my purpose. I was doing all the “right things” but still feeling stuck.
Heavy.
Out of sync.

That’s when I heard the whisper:
“Step out and do it scared.” 😱
And whew… did I listen.

Now?
I’ve found something that feels different — a new way of caring for myself, a new way of serving others, and a mission that has re-lit the fire in me 🔥

The clarity is here.
The vision is here.
And my heart is all in.

I was recently invited to jump into something else — but I said no. Because I finally found the place that aligns with my values, my energy, and the way I want to help women rise in this season of life.

This is the next chapter. And I’m not doing it halfway.

✨ If you’ve been watching my journey and wondering what’s changed — or if you’re craving your own transformation — DM me the word 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘 and let’s talk.

This isn’t just about products. It’s about purpose.

Let’s rise together. 💜

🌟 Transformational Results from My Latest 5-Day Reset! 🌟

I just have to share my latest experience with the 5-Day Reset, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride!

First off, I’m down 9.25 inches overall – yup, you read that right! That’s 2 inches on my chest and 2 inches around my hips 😱 – massive changes that have me feeling fantastic. And the cherry on top? I lost a total of 6 pounds! 🎉

But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. From Monday to Thursday, I didn’t see the scale budge – not even an ounce. It was so frustrating, especially since I’m in the middle of moving to a new home, dealing with hectic long hours at work, and going through a company takeover. I really thought this reset was going to be a bust.

Then Friday rolled around, and boom – 2.2 pounds down! I was ecstatic. But the real shocker came Saturday morning when I stepped on the scale and saw another 3.8 pounds gone. I almost couldn’t believe it.

The moral of the story?
Never give up and trust the process. Even when it seems like nothing is happening, your body is working hard behind the scenes. Stay committed, and you’ll see the results you’re working for.

If I can do it during one of the craziest weeks of my life, so can you. Keep pushing, stay positive, and believe in yourself. We’ve got this! 💪✨

I start round 8 on July 29.
