Here are a few reminders for spectators and contestants:
⭐️We are a cash only venue, so please plan accordingly.
⭐️Gate Admission is $10 for spectators, kids 5 and under free.
⭐️Concessions will be up and running at 5pm, so come hungry!
⭐️All dogs must be on leash and you must clean up after them.
💥NO alcohol or drugs of any kind permitted on property-this will be enforced.
2026 Members-
Contestants, please be checked in by 4pm (late fee will be applied to anyone checking in late)
💥Negative Coggins must be provided for all horses
💥Contestants meeting at 4:15 below announcers stand
💥Please be in dress code at 4pm.
All fees and paperwork MUST be turned in PRIOR to the rodeo in order for your points to count. There will be a table set up beside the announcers stand with blank membership packets available if you would like to complete yours and turn it in or if you can turn in your already completed memberships there too!
Required for ALL Contestants-
Every contestant must have a signed and notarized liability form in order to compete. We will have forms available at the table beside the announcer stands and there will be a notary there.

PAYOUT INFORMATION
• Payouts will be made after completion of the rodeo by the rodeo secretary.
• Payoff sheets must be signed by the person picking up winnings or marked if payment should be mailed directly to the contestant.
• Payoff will be based on a 60/40 split.
1–5 Entries:
1 Money – 100%
6–10 Entries:
2 Monies – 60%, 40%
11–15 Entries:
3 Monies – 50%, 30%, 20%
16–20 Entries:
4 Monies – 40%, 30%, 20%, 10%
21–25 Entries:
5 Monies – 33%, 25%, 19%, 13%, 10%
26+ Entries:
6 Monies – 32%, 24%, 18%, 9%, 5%
