Thank you for being a part of our Dulles Gymnastics family we wish you all a Happy and safe Thanksgiving. We will be closed for the Holiday next week from Thursday 11/24 to Sunday 11/27. There will be no Open Gym on Sunday 11/27. All classes resume Monday 11/28. Teams please see your Band app for updates.

Good Luck to Dulles Gymnastics athlete and coach Aliah Raga, as she represents the USA at the 2022 Trampoline and Tumbling World Championships in Sofia Bulgaria this week. Aliah has finished the week of Prep Camp training in Lisbon, Portugal with Team USA and has headed to Portugal to prepare for competition this week. The entire Dulles family wish you Good Luck!

Mark your calendars, by popular demand our tumbling Clinics are back! Join coach Alex on Sunday October 23rd for one of our tumbling clinics.
Beginner Tumbling Clinic will work on beginning back handsprings, your athlete must be able to bridge down and kick over independently and cleanly to attend. 1pm-2pm $30
Advanced Tumbling Clinic will work on Roundoff 2 back handsprings along with back and front tucks. All athletes must have roundoff Back handspring independently or with a light spot to attend. 2:30pm to 4pm $40
