This does not have to be cardio, it can be dancing GoNoodle with the kids, or lifting weights while watching Holiday movies. Are you maintaining??
[12/13/18] Maintain, don’t gain: I’m good during the day, but evenings always bring on snacking cravings/habit. So, this month I’m allowing myself one small treat at night instead of completely denying myself, and I write it down as a reminder of what I ate. Will this work for you?
