Last Saturday night, some of our dancers “danced for donations” and raised $603 for Ukrainian refugees and @obriensirishpubva MATCHED it!! I am announcing to the pub that we raised $563 but after the video ended, we received another $40 putting us over $600!!
We are overwhelmed by the generosity of the people of Warrenton who were there last Saturday. We have decided to donate to Razom, a non profit organization sending much needed supplies to the refugees. With O’Briens, we are delighted to send $1206! 🇺🇦💙💛🇺🇦

And a huge shoutout to Lara and Thérèse for attending performances and the feis and helping with music, line up and watching and supporting dancers. Both girls are recovering from surgeries and aren’t cleared to dance yet, but you can’t keep them away. Thank you, girls. 💙💚

They are an incredible asset to our school as they BOTH are assistant teachers. Ailish danced for Rita O’Shea and is on her way to completing her grade exams! ☘️ A wonderful mother to 7 children, Ailish is a passionate leader and dance mom! We are blessed to have her in our school! 💙
Thérèse is the oldest of the children and a great role model for our dancers. 🥰Her work ethic is outstanding! Not long after her double calf surgery in 2020, she won the traditional set at the SRO, she recalled at her first Nationals, and she made open championship! Keep reaching for the stars! ⭐️⭐️
