When you have and believe it, you can go through the process.
Just trust both- your vision and the process of success!
Have a willful Monday, everyone. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
No matter what, your action is tied to some outcome. You do things for a reason, and rewards are part of it. We all know the drill. Do something and get something in return. The more effort/energy/time spent, the better the reward.
It is the most famous strategy to get things done for one simple reason.
"BECAUSE IT WORKS!"
Now, you can use the same principle to reward yourself.
Have a rewarding Sunday! ^_^
There is no best time to work on your dreams and goals in life but NOW.
It may be painful for now as you go through the process but it is worth it in the end.
What you do now will be the reason you will thank yourself later.
Keep striving for success! Happy Saturday. 😄✨
It's inspiring Friday again! ❤️❤️❤️
“Once upon a time a psychology professor walked around on a stage while teaching stress management principles to an auditorium filled with students. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the typical ‘glass half empty or glass half full question. Instead, with a smile on her face, the professor asked, ‘How heavy is this glass of water I’m holding?’
Students shouted out answers ranging from eight ounces to a couple pounds.
She replied, ‘From my perspective, the absolute weight of this glass doesn’t matter. It all depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute or two, it’s fairly light. If I hold it for an hour straight, its weight might make my arm ache a little. If I hold it for a day straight, my arm will likely cramp up and feel completely numb and paralyzed, forcing me to drop the glass to the floor. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn’t change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it feels to me.’
As the class shook their heads in agreement, she continued, ‘Your stresses and worries in life are very much like this glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and you begin to ache a little. Think about them all day long, and you will feel completely numb and paralyzed – incapable of doing anything else until you drop them.'”
When you sit, you use less energy than you do when you stand or move. Research has linked sitting for long periods of time with a number of health concerns. It has been found that those who sat for more than eight hours a day with no physical activity had a risk of dying similar to the risks of dying posed by obesity and smoking.
So why not walk or stand-up every after 3o minutes. It will surely help!
Have active Thursday folks! 😂 😉
A salad may go in any flavor or style, but it indeed has benefits for your health!
If you've thought about making healthy changes to your eating habits, start today instead of putting it off until tomorrow. Make small changes to allow yourself time to adjust and for these new healthy habits to become permanent. Eating a salad for lunch or as a side dish to your sandwich, instead of fries or chips, is an easy, healthy change you can make right now.
Go for it! Hurray Wednesday! 😄 😉
Happiness is an action, not just an emotion.
Acting on what makes you happy means doing what you love.
Your health is boosting if you are happy, so do it!
Happy Tuesday everyone. ^_^
What’s your intention for the new week?
An inspirational story for the week: "Stop chasing happiness!"
“An old man lived in the village. The whole village was tired of him; he was always gloomy, he constantly complained, and was always in a bad mood. The longer he lived, the viler he became and more poisonous were his words. People did their best to avoid him because his misfortune was contagious. He created the feeling of unhappiness in others.
But one day, when he turned eighty, an incredible thing happened. Instantly everyone started hearing the rumor: ‘The old man is happy today, he doesn’t complain about anything, smiles, and even his face is freshened up.’
The whole village gathered around the man and asked him, “What happened to you?”
The old man replied, ‘Nothing special. For eighty years I’ve been chasing happiness and it was useless. And then I decided to live without happiness and just enjoy life. That’s why I’m happy now.'”

An inspirational story for the week!!! ^_^
“Once upon a time a daughter complained to her father that her life was miserable and that she didn’t know how she was going to make it. She was tired of fighting and struggling all the time. It seemed just as one problem was solved, another one soon followed.
Her father, a chef, took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Once the three pots began to boil, he placed potatoes in one pot, eggs in the second pot, and ground coffee beans in the third pot.
He then let them sit and boil, without saying a word to his daughter. The daughter, moaned and impatiently waited, wondering what he was doing.
After twenty minutes he turned off the burners. He took the potatoes out of the pot and placed them in a bowl. He pulled the boiled eggs out and placed them in a bowl.
He then ladled the coffee out and placed it in a cup. Turning to her he asked. ‘Daughter, what do you see?’
‘Potatoes, eggs, and coffee,’ she hastily replied.
‘Look closer,’ he said, ‘and touch the potatoes.’ She did and noted that they were soft. He then asked her to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg. Finally, he asked her to sip the coffee. Its rich aroma brought a smile to her face.
‘Father, what does this mean?’ she asked.
He then explained that the potatoes, the eggs, and coffee beans had each faced the same adversity– the boiling water.
However, each one reacted differently.
The potato went in strong, hard, and unrelenting, but in boiling water, it became soft and weak.
The egg was fragile, with the thin outer shell protecting its liquid interior until it was put in the boiling water. Then the inside of the egg became hard.
However, the ground coffee beans were unique. After they were exposed to the boiling water, they changed the water and created something new.
‘Which are you,’ he asked his daughter. ‘When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a potato, an egg, or a coffee bean?’

👩🏫 A teacher walked into a room carrying a glass of water. Her students watched as she put her books on the desk and then raised the glass up over her head.🥛🥛
⁉️“How much do you think this weighs?” she asked them.
🙅♀️They shouted out different guesses... but the teacher shook her head with each one.
⚖️“The actual weight of this glass doesn’t matter,” she told them.
“What matters is how LONG I hold it. If I hold the glass for just a little while, it’s light. But the longer I hold it, the heavier it gets – even though the true weight of the glass never changes.”
🔆The students all nodded their heads as they began to understand what she was talking about. She put down the glass and continued her lesson.
💡“The glass is a lot like the worries and stress you carry over the course of the day, the anger and the anxiety. If you hold onto them for just a short while, they’re nothing.
😔“But eventually, they will make you begin to ache, and over time, they can cause you to become numb.
😢“That little bit of stress, anxiety, or anger can turn into a tremendous burden, taking over your entire mind so you can’t do anything but think about them.”
The students, who had expected a simple science lesson, continued nodding.
🧘🏾🛌🏼“This is why it’s so important to put down your burdens as soon as you can before they paralyze you,” the teacher said.
“Each night, before bed, do your best to release your burdens so they don’t carry any weight into your future.”
⚡⚡This is such a powerful lesson! Have you ever held a glass or lightweight in front of you? At first, it seems so easy … but eventually it’ll become so challenging that you’ll HAVE to put your arm down.
It’s the same thing with your worries and grudges. Letting go can be a challenge, but it is SO worth it! 🌟
Why it’s important to soak your beans & lentils? Soaking beans before cooking helps to remove some of those indigestible sugars that cause flatulence. The outer shell of lentils (and some beans) contains anti-nutrients that can interfere with digestion. For easier digestion & absorption of these plant based fiber & nutrient rich food group soaking them before cooking is essential!
Also ensure you boil and cook them in clean fresh water.
