In our studio you won’t find treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, racks of weights, cumbersome metal machines, or massively muscular guys grunting loudly. Here, we are going to concentrate on helping you reduce body fat, increase cardiovascular stamina and tone/build muscle. In this controlled environment, we will be using all the same exercise techniques we use in the outdoor program, but will be able to provide our clients with a few extra tools like TRX, Bosu balls, medicine balls, and body bars.
