Hello, how do I get my $220 deposit back for my daughter's birthday party? The party was to be held at the Dulles location on June 23rd. I just tried calling the Dulles location and the voicemail doesn't say that they have closed. I called and left a voicemail message on the corporate number with my order number. It would have been polite and good customer service if the company would have contacted those who have booked birthday parties and went ahead and refunded our money. Instead of us trying to get ahold of the corporate to get refunded our deposits. I will be waiting for a reply and my refund. Thank you, Susan Garcia.

Just had my son's second birthday party at Monkey Joe's yesterday, and it was amazing. The host was amazing on point with everything. I totally would recommend it to anyone with young kids with lots of energy.
