You can pretty much find a bench with a barbell above it in any gym. The important thing is knowing how to use it. Before every workout, we always break it down, and teach the skill behind it. It’s not just about laying down and hoping for the best; it’s about legs, upper back, core, driving those feet into the ground and using correct breathing mechanics to successfully bench press.

Use your abs at all times! Whether you're carrying luggage, your purse, computer bag, etc. These suitcase carries are a sure way to stronger obliques!

Join Stephanie for our WOD, Wine, and Women's health evening! Stephanie is a three times CrossFit Games masters athlete, mother of two, 17-year labor and delivery RN and a certified nurse-midwife in training.

This will be a beginner workout, open to all. We will work out a little, talk about some of the overall benefits of exercise for women’s health, and then drink some wine!

Front Rack Carry

This is core work?? YEP! Front rack carries are a great functional movement.

I bet you carry your kid on only one hip. This can cause back pain and several imbalances. Switch your hips when carrying kids and do these carries for a happier body!

When you live on the top floor and you WILL take all those groceries in one run!
