➡️ We’ve talked about the box jump a lot recently. This always seems to be a huge hurdle both physically and mentally for our members.
Sabine has been at Noble for a long time and just tackled this box jump. She has been more than capable of it for a long while and we just love seeing this reaction.

[02/18/21] Putting the work in!
Due to the inclement weather (again), we have canceled the 6am class in Sterling and the 7am class in Purcellville tomorrow (Thursday, 18th).
As of right now, all other classes will continue as scheduled. We are watching the weather closely and will update you if any changes are made. It is always a really tough one to call in advance. We want to keep as many classes open as possible, but ensure our members and staff stay safe.

🔵 Unknown Fact: I was a jackass in high school. I once got suspended for running head first into a the school’s brand new Gatorade machine, exploding the fluorescent lightbulbs inside causing temporary hysteria in the hallways. I paid the repair cost in loose change!
🔵 What will you do when COVID restrictions ease up: I want to travel to up to Connecticut to see extended family and travel out of country for vacation...ideally a beach in the Southern Hemisphere.

Working on that squat? The calf roll is (amongst other things), is a key component!
Rolling your calf also helps ankle flexibility and mobility. Strong, flexible ankles strengthen the base that holds you up and aide you to perform a better squat.
