I promised transparency as my training and competitions went on! The lunges this past weekend absolutely wrecked me. It ended up taking me over 7 minutes to do the 100 meters. It will be the main focus along side compromises running these next 3 weeks as I prepare for Dallas!

The update that nobody was asking for. Finished up with a 1:35:59 for my debut. I was shooting for 1:30 so I was 5:59 off. I learned a lot and will hit the ground running when I get home. Dallas is about 3 weeks out. Shooting for a 1:25!

Last day in Tampa so of course we run at the beach before we bum in the sand! What a beautiful Hyrox weekend and a much needed vacation!
