Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Johnna was SWEATβs first NIL Track & Field athlete. She is currently pursuing her masterβs degree in Mass Communication at Oklahoma State and has been part of the SWEAT family for two years. With a passion for both fitness and sports, Johnna brings strength, focus, and energy to every class.
β Fun fact: Johnna plays piano and is working toward her dream of becoming a sports broadcaster.

Finished the week strong with Detox Saturday, Pilates style, fresh air outside, and some quality friend time after class. πͺGoPoke style and a Cowboys win on Thursday night. π
