I happen to run into your cardio drumming last fall in the parking lot at Holy Family. I sat in my car and watched. I was amazed at the class. Looks like soo much fun. They did not have that when my boys went there. Just found out that it was your business. Amazing concept. Keep up the great work. 😊

I need to say thank you to my t flex family. I got some pretty sad news during drumfit tonight. I stopped for a few minutes and then came back out because I needed it. Thank you to all of the ladies behind me and next to me that helped me through! And a special thanks to Megan for her support and taking that last song and letting me beat that ball and bucket. I needed it so much!!!

So Megan and Kellie Dziemianzuk you guys are two amazing instructors…. And the ladies who come to the class are so encouraging and sweet… thanks for letting me a part of it. I know I have been on again off again, and I was hoping I could be on again… But unfortunately my father who I take care of due to cancer and a multitude of other things is not doing well. I want to and need to be here at home for him. So I’m going to take another break.

Please everyone have a healthy, happiest, and prosperous holidays to come. Spend time with those you love and who you love. Tomorrow is yet to come, the past you cannot change and today is a present, a gift to one all to cherish.

If you can send prayers, reiki healing, positive energies to my father Henry Knapp, he fought in Vietnam and this is all due to agent Orange…..

He starts a new chemo pill, praying it gives him more quality time to finish his bucket list off… we take it one day at a time!!!

I have no words to truly express the surprise that was planned for today. My TFlex family planned a fundraiser to help me buy our own space.
