5 years ago today, .stagram_ and I back to back W’s classic style! Back issue will be resolved soon. Excited to train as much as I can tonight!

It pains me to inform everyone that I will not be fighting at on the 28th. A dormant back injury from a car accident in the past was aggravated in training, and since last Monday I can’t even hit pads. Hard lesson learned. Recover better. Warm up and cool down better. Stay hydrated, and strengthen the core. I will be back soon. That same night I’ll be there supporting my teammates .stagram_ .athletica and .af so if you bought tickets please still come out and be a part of that amazing crowd!!!
