Step 1: Start on hands and knees, with your wrists aligned under your shoulders and your knees aligned under your hips.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 2: Inhale as you gaze up, curl your arch your back and drop your belly, keeping your core core engaged.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 3: Exhale as you drop your head, tuck your tailbone in and draw your navel toward your spine.

Is working from home giving you neck stress? To relieve forward head tension caused by spending too much time at the computer, all you need is a yoga mat (or a towel) and 5 minutes. Lie down on your back, place a rolled up mat at the base of your neck (your head should hover just above the floor) and relax into your breath as the mat gently guides your cervical spine back to its normal curve.
