I MADE IT TO THE QUARTERFINALS! šŸ”„ Huge thanks to everyone who has voted and backed my mission to help people embrace health and fitness. Your support means everything.

This competition isn’t just about me—it’s about raising money for a great cause: giving school kids better nutrition and greater access to physical activity. That’s a win-win in my book.

Now, the real battle begins. Starting March 3rd, I’m up against every other #1 contestant. Three rounds. Three weeks. One winner—decided on March 27th. Votes reset each week, so I have to grind through every round to stay in it.

Much respect to every competitor who’s been fighting hard in this contest. It’s been inspiring to go head-to-head with passionate entrepreneurs pushing toward their goals.

With that being said, I need your vote EVERY SINGLE DAY! šŸ—³ It takes 2 seconds if you have Facebook. Get your spouse, aunt, uncle, friends—everyone in on this! Let’s finish strong. šŸ’Ŗ

My clients' goals can change over time, and so does strength and the ability to improve overall exercises. Just like these push-ups, I have documented to see my client's improvements over the course of the year. These are still huge WINS šŸ† šŸ‘

I've seen it countless times—gym-goers and beginners performing exercises with poor form. It’s not their fault; they simply don’t know better. YouTube and online tutorials can be a great start, but be mindful of the sources. Many of my clients struggle with information overload, unsure which technique is right or wrong.

Our goal is to reduce injuries and help people work out safely by using proper form. Poor form combined with poor posture leads to compensation and pain. Weights and equipment are tools to improve your physical and mental health—but only if used correctly.

A simple example to optimize your form during a shoulder lateral raise:
āœ… Stand tall with your core engaged.
āœ… Raise a dumbbell without jerking or using momentum.

Make the most of your workout—train smarter with optimal form!

I’m incredibly honored to be selected and running for Entrepreneur of Impact! šŸ™Œ

I’d love your support—every vote counts, and I might need the whole city to win this (it’s a long shot, lol).

My inspiration in business comes from seeing my clients succeed. Watching them crush their fitness goals, improve their health, and excel in competitive sports drives me every day. It's a privilege to guide others to become the best versions of themselves—not just physically but in every aspect of life. So, it is duty to give back to the fitness industry and community. šŸ’ŖšŸ«”

The winner gets featured in Forbes, one-on-one mentorship with Daymond John from Shark Tank, and $25,000! šŸ’«šŸ˜Ž

Voting starts January 20th at 11am PST. šŸŽÆ Mark your calendars—I’ll send out the bat signal when it’s time! Let’s go and get your popcorn ready!!! šŸæ šŸ‘ŠšŸ’„ Stay tuned!
