Merry Christmas to All!
But seriously, while we're poking fun at some of the guys on the team, we hope everyone had a lot of fun at the 1st annual Fehrle Fire Reindeer Games! See everyone at practice on January 5.
And the final Not Top 10 entry: doubling back from his "flop finish" in the baserunning contest is Kopeland Jones in the Dizzy Spin Bat Race.
Another Not Top 10 entry: Hampton Edwards, who may have registered on the Richter scale.
Final night of the Fehrle Fire Reindeer Games Not Top 10 videos - including one athlete who made it twice! First up: Kopeland Jones who had an interesting finish to his lap of the infield.
Next up in the Fehrle Fire Reindeer Games "Not Top 10" - Nate Lubrano, who shows that being a coach's son doesn't always help.
First up in the "Not Top 10" category: Sam Brown - the only player to be beaten by his little brother in the Dizzy Spin Bat Race.
Hayes Brown's winning effort in the Dizzy Bat Spin Race, which secured the overall championship for him.

Also want to commend the inaugural Junior Champion of the Reindeer Games, Hayes Brown, who established a new world record in the junior division.
Special thanks to Coach Andy Lubrano and Coach Fred Garza, plus Alan Thomas and Kyle Jones, for their assistance in helping stage the 1st annual Fehrle Fire Reindeer Games. Couldn't have hosted the event without y'all's help! Also, thanks to our social media crew: Director of Social Media Elena Benn and Senior Videographer Lauren Phegley. And we certainly cannot fail to mention Lynnette Brown and Sherri Phegley, who provide fantastic cookies, rice krispy treats and hot chocolate for the weary participants to refuel after a long, grueling night of competition.
You could cut the tension with a knife and the contestants prepared for the final event. No one really knew why they were preparing, since the final event was kept a secret until moments before it began. In a stirring duel, Haggen Nguyen eked out the victory in the Dizzy Spin Bat Race by a fraction of a second to earn the title as overall champion of the inaugural Fehrle Fire Reindeer Games! Brandon Phegley finished second in the Dizzy Spin Bat Race, which mirrored his overall placement, as well.
(This is the winning effort - while many of the other boys gave their all in the Dizzy Spin Bat Race, their efforts were a bit, uh, let's just say comical. We'll post some of those "Not Top 10" offerings tomorrow.)
Thing really started to get tight in the third round of the Fehrle Fire Reindeer Games, as Haggen Nguyen set a blazing time that no one else could match in the Baserunning for Speed Challenge. This event shook up the overall standings with just one challenge left - the Mystery Event.
