Sabbatical Rest changes the perspective of your heart.
Especially when you remove yourself from man-made environments and immerse yourself into the glorious creativity of God.
It’s a reminder that you are not in control and you don’t need to be.
Your heart moves from apathy to gratitude.

The hug line is always my favorite part. ❤️
It means so much that you all invite me to share with your folks and you individually share your stories with me after the speech.
Recently, I’ve had several folks say, “PBJ, thanks for helping me think about my wife. I’m good but I think she needs your message.”
Friend, just because they make it look good doesn’t mean they are good. Check on your people. Discover the ways they need you to help them.
NACAS South, thank you for having me, Friends. It was my honor to serve you all.
Friend, I don’t get to do this often.
I’m so excited to extend this invitation to you!
This is for all women of all walks of life…

Two years.
It’s taken us two years to secure the official trademark for Disrupting Burnout®️
Year One- I took a cheap, DIY, rushed route that ended in me losing the registration.
Year Two- I connected with not even sure if we could recover from my mess.
Chayla took control of the process, reassured me along the way and carried us to the finish line. I didnt even have to think about it much because she took care of all the details.
This woman knows her stuff AND she is kingdom-minded. She loves God, His people and the work assigned to our hands.
Chayla, I cannot thank you enough! Your finger print will forever be upon this work.
Thank you, Friend!

Closing the year out strong with Mindworks Georgia. These dedicated counselors, social workers, and advocates work hard to protect and improve mental health care and resources for the children of the state of Georgia.
Today, we focused on them and their personal wellbeing. What a way to end this work year!
I’ll come back with a 2025 recap later but just know my testimony is and will always be
God is Good!
Thank you for holding It all together. So grateful to do this work with you!
