[04/15/20]   I’m surprised that I haven’t seen a post about the link between USAG’s issues and the current United States issues. Anyone willing to take this one on? I gave my opinion 3 years ago in a post and got some pretty heavy backlash, but I still stand by it.

I keep posting this because Remi is still trying to get this sequence. I believe it’s important, not just for skill development, but for endurance training for those long elite routines. It also gives you an approximation of how many skills a gymnast can handle in one turn. Great sequence!

[04/01/20]   Why we teach blind fulls this way.

1. It allows the gymnast to “feel the tap” through the bottom. So, it helps the gymnast feel their body and the bar working together.

2. It stems from the TOPS base skill of 3 half turns in a row.

3. ...and most importantly, it follows the basic principle that “All pirouetting skills occur on the way up”, especially if you’re planning to have the gymnast perform more than a blind change.

Like everything else. There are downfalls like the gymnast turning too soon. There are other ways and late turning or turning at the handstand mark does have its benefits. Hope it helps.

Feel free to share with your team kids if they’re bored. They need basic home equipment for this one. Hope it helps.

The differences between the PPP and the EIDL. It depends on need and if you will qualify. Hope it helps.

Here is a great graphic explaining the difference between The SBA Disaster Loan and the PPP Loan. I think this is super helpful .. hope it helps you!

My thoughts is the PPP is a no brainer and easier to qualify for. If you can also apply for the Disaster Relief Loan. The rates are so low that you can pay it all back after this is all over if you don't want it.

The one thing missing is the PPP does not require a capital guarantee such as your home or gym (if you own the building). The SBA Disaster Loan does.
