Comment “PGA” below for a FREE 1 week trial to my golf fitness app so that you can start using exercises like this to help your golf performance ⛳️💪 What you will see in the clips is a nice mix of main compound strength work, jumps, med ball work, single leg exercises and movement work 😎 These are obviously just snippets of sessions and so some exercises will be in season, some will be as part of pre-round “priming” sessions etc and so context behind them will be different 🏋️‍♂️ But if you’re training for golf isn’t focusing on… • Improving mobility through trunk, hips + shoulders in particular • Getting stronger in the basics • Training explosively through hops, jumps and med ball work • Exploring multiple planes and challenging each leg individually • Sprinkling in some more “specific” feels/ patterning Then it may be time to reconsider what you’re doing 😏👊 #golffitness #golfworkout #pga #pgatour #golfexercise 05/16/2026
