Happy National Coaches Day to our Beautiful Bodies Instructors. Without them, we wouldn’t have what we have here at BB. 🫶🏼 Give your coach a hug and tell them how grateful you are for them!
We have 3 performances left to share! We always love seeing the routines Steph puts together ❤️ her intro:
Steph will be celebrating her 5 year pole anniversary in July. Although she wishes she would have found pole fitness earlier in life, she is proud of the progress she’s made in starting after the age of 40. Plus, Beautiful Bodies didn’t exist when she was young, and she can’t imagine training elsewhere so everything worked out how it was supposed to.
Steph chose the song “Drink You Away” by Justin Timberlake because she likes the blues-y feel and musicality of the song, and thought it would be fun to choreograph to. Also, the song is about trying to drown your heartbreak with alcohol, and everyone knows Steph loves a good cocktail!

Andrea’s introduction:
Andrea is a pole instructor here at Beautiful Bodies and a licensed physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience in movement education. Originally from Mexico City, Andrea moved to Arizona nearly 2 years ago to marry her husband, Richard—and has since made Beautiful Bodies her home studio.
In addition to teaching pole technique and flexibility classes here, Andrea also coaches dancers around the world through her Pain-Free Pole method. Her coaching helps pole dancers build the strength and mobility they need to stay injury-free and keep progressing—no matter how busy or bruised they feel.
Today, she’s performing to “So Cold”—a song she chose not just for its musicality, but because it speaks to a time in her life filled with heartbreak, disconnection, and searching for home. That season ended when she met Richard—and this performance is a tribute to the journey it took to get here.

Next we have Charity! She’s had this routine done for almost a year now and was finally able to show it off 😊 her bio:
Charity’s pole journey started a few years ago when she bought some classes as a birthday gift to herself. After trying it she fell in love with the beauty and challenge of pole. This is her first live performance and she chose the piano/cello version of Billie Eilish’s song ‘Lovely’. She loves the emotion and flow of the song.

Next up we have Heather! Her bio from showcase:
Heather is our guest performer from Prescott. She is 51 years old and a computer science professor.
She is trying this piece out for the first time as a practice run for USPSF nationals in July, in Tucson. The music was chosen to match her theme.
Since the conclusion of the showcase, Bree has helped fine tune all the dance in this routine to make it even better for Nationals next month 🙌🏼 We can’t wait to support you!
