Swansea Parks & Rec Polar Plunge 2026 On January 1st, 2026, the Swansea Parks and Recreation held their 1st Annual polar plunge at the Swansea Town Beach.

Swansea Parks and Recreation has been busy preparing for the close of 2025 and is kicking off 2026 with a Polar Plunge at the town beach New Year's day at 10:30am. We doing this with the Friends of Swansea Volunteer FD. Come out and support our community with a splash. The fun doesn't stop there. On Sunday Jan 4th we have our first Puzzle Palooza of 2026. While admission is free, the Friends of the Swansea Volunteer Fire Department will be accepting donations !! 🚒

Hot beverages will be available! ☕️

Come make a splash with us, start 2026 off right, and help give back to our local volunteer firefighters!
