ESF Friends of Recreation, Conservation and Environmental Stewardship (F.O.R.C.E.S) is a club that helps protect the natural communities of New York State Parks through invasive species removal, trail maintenance and other volunteer service opportunities.
FORCES meeting next Thursday, 1/24 @ 5:00 pm Baker 145. On a side note, FREE 🍕 if you come. Like if you’ll be there!!

In the past and present FORCES has worked to manage/mitigate the invasive species in our local parks... and I hope we all work to keep them out of the ADK Park too 🌳

The construction at Green Lakes is coming to a close! Today a couple members headed out to the park to help plant native wetland plants in a rain garden near the new education building... And by next year the rain gardens will look amazing and will improve the water quality of the lake!
