Well, we didn't see this coming 😆. Tallahassee baseball continues to grow, and we want to facilitate that growth by giving these athletes opportunities to play. We have been asked this question quite a bit over the past few days… we intend to keep the cost to play as low as possible. As of now, we are looking at a $350-$400 player fee for the 2026-2027 season. In order to keep costs low, we are relying heavy on sponsorships and donations. Our goal is to give the kids access to high-quality developmental instruction and competition while keeping the financial burden off the families. The Big Bend Lightning Organization has expanded to baseball! We are excited to announce the start of the Big Bend Bolts 10U Baseball team! The team will be coached by Thomas Troelstrup, Mike Troelstrup, and David James.
Tryouts will be held at 10:00AM on June 13th, 2026, at Robert F. Munroe Day School Baseball Field located at 28424 Blue Star Highway, Havana, FL 32333 (just 15 minutes from Exit 203).
