What an honor I had last week being a Speaker and Expert Panelist at Harvard's Global Health Summit in Boston.
I am incredibly humbled by these passionate people and great minds from all over the world. My panel included some great guys - NFL's Calvin Johnson, Julius Thomas, Rob Sims, Jason Strayhorn, and Coach Hue Jackson. Feeling very excited about the powerful initiatives and future collaborations that were formed. I am proud to be a part of the way sports can serve as a natural catalyst for important discussions about mental and physical health. Great strides made by these new colleagues in de-stigmatizing mental healthcare and highlighting it in conversations about brain health, performance optimization, and "whole person health"!
