On Sept 23, 2025, I filed a very important lawsuit in the State of New York regarding the thief and misappropriation of my quantum technology. At this time I'm asking for donations in the pursuit of this case due to my financial status, which have mainly been caused by the totality of this situation and furthermore have prevented me from moving forward in this case. In addition, I pursue this case as a Pro Se litigant due to my inability to acquire the proper legal assistance due to said conflicts of interest.
I'm asking for the donate to my legal fund as I pursue this injustice because not only does it matter tremendously to me, but it also has implications for everyone for years to come, due to it's socioeconomic and political nature. This is a long and ongoing story here that eventually needs to be shared and my intent is that my website and various other platforms will be utilized for that purpose.
Thank for your time in reading this and understandably due to the current environment, if you are not able to donate please share.

Right Leg lead vs Left Leg Lead is a second turn training dilemma in the 400 hurdles.

But yeah, we worked it out!!

In the Article a long time coach states Ron Brumel:
“Mann presented research indicating (in 1996), that women’s hurdle heights were too low, and that the hurdles should be raised to 36 inches for the 100 meters, and 33 inches for the 400 hurdles, in order to approximate equivalency with the men’s events in these disciplines.
There's not many elite 400 hurdlers who have not heard of the great hurdle bio-mechanic researcher Ralph Mann. And while I did not know him personally, his work influenced my drive and determination to correct and better my technique over the many years of running as I sought to be the best hurdle technician I could be as a 400 meter hurdler. I remember well when my coach Terry Long would attend his seminars at the USATF annual meetings as I waited for his return to study the feedback on what Ralph Mann would say.
I remember one year he came back and told me that Ralph said that my lead leg touchdown (even given its unusual technique), was faster than all of his models. I was like WHAAAAT??!!, with the biggest smile on my face. With this one statement, going forward every year, it was all the motivation I needed. I took great pride in what he ever we would say, even responding by secretively setting the goal of trying to produce the fastest 400 hurdle trail leg that he could EVER examined. But I don't remember getting much feedback from that goal, most likely because of the lack of importance for the event all together, especially in the late stages of the race. At times I had to learn this the hard way and to put this idea in the back of my mind for progress, And its funny, because if one ever really examined some of my early races you can even see the actual shift of speed in its action. And while it was fast and quick early, I learned even faster why carrying the trail leg through for more distance and taking up ground was by far more important than the "super bionic trail leg" I was hoping to create.

After reading this article by Rich Perelman at the Sportsexaminer.com, it made my morning and will represent as constant reminder through the journey of this campaign that one of the best who EVER studied this event is on my side to "RAISE THE HURDLES"
Rest in Peace Ralph Mann, for the contribution of his work will stand firm for years to come. And I truly hope we are encouraged to do just that ....in his honor. And as many of my fellow hurdlers can attest, his work was truly legendary.

Former World record holder in the Women’s 400 hurdles, American Kim Batten has launched a campaign to raise the height of the women’s 400 meters hurdles.

Batten the 1996 Atlanta Olympics silver medalist who finished behind Jamaica’s gold medalist Deon Hemmings- Mcatty, in her 2026 campaign and petition entitled- “Raise the Hurdles” wants the height to move from 30 to 33 inches.

In a post on social media post, the 56 year old World Championship gold medalist, says, ” This has long been a debate in the track and field community, but never has it been more evident of the need than the last few years with the recent performances and progressions in the event across the board, and dominated by the phenomenal current world record holder Sydney Mclaughlin-Levrone……but the time is now to scale into this challenge and opportunity”.

The first non-European world record-holder was Batten, who beat Britain’s Sally Gunnell’s record of 52.74 seconds with a time of 52.61.

Batten then held the record for eight years until Russian hurdler Yuliya Pechonkina broke the record in august 2003, with 52.34.

Since July 2019, two us athletes have broken the record a total of seven times.

Dalilah Muhammad broke the record twice, with her fastest time being 52.16.

However since then, Sydney Mclaughlin-Levrone has broken it five times, with her fastest time of 50.65 achieved in June 2024.
