This is a good lesson and tip. It's important to keep going even when no one is watching. You don't need to show off to be healthy.

Learned a valuable lesson a long time ago that it's much easier to push yourself when a crowd is watching or a coach is telling you what to do. The extremely hard part is pushing yourself beyond limits when no one else is around and you're alone. But if you can master that.. that's when you break thru into another level of progress and success.
