Literally, some of the best advice because it’s not complicated and let me guess, you over complicate everything. 🙄Trust your instincts and start running. Out and back is best so you don’t get lost.

I started running at the age of 11 and then every single day at the age of 16. I have learned a lot from running and have also learned to love myself through the run.
Back in 2022 I spent a week in Texas with USA track and field and became certified in youth athletic development.
Running can be very inexpensive. You just need a good pair of shoes. A great starter pair are Brooks launch as they are a neutral shoe and somewhat lightweight. Don’t get distracted with all the other stuff. Mark out a safe loop and get on the bike with your kid or run alongside them. Truly any age and any season is the best time to start running!

Welcome to another daily run with Za, of which today I don’t have the time to run but sorta squeeezed it in and wasn’t even late for drop off and work!
Now it’s 17:16 and I’m like such a great day and it was all because of my morning run. A quick 3 or 4 miles still counts as a run. We don’t have to be out there slamming the pavement for double digits.
