King High School Lions Baseball

So very proud and excited to announce the Hillsborough County School Board unanimously voted, at their meeting on Tuesday, to name the King High School baseball complex for Jim “Coach Mac” Macaluso!!
Special thanks to Principal Arlene Castelli for spearheading this effort and to the students, staff, faculty, alumni and supporting community of C. Leon King High School for their signatures and letters of support.
Stay tuned for more information regarding the day of celebration happening sometime in the spring of 2022.

How do you honor a baseball coach who has been coaching at the same school since 1976? You try and get the baseball stadium named after him! Please join C. Leon King High School in petitioning the School Board as we request to have a Jim Macaluso Baseball Complex.
