Started out yesterday at sunrise paddle boarding with my lady friends. Saw some small sea turtles munching grass underwater so peacefully. The water was so calm. The picture of the lighthouse - I caught the light shining. We had lots of belly laughs! It was also cool seeing locals jumping from the bridge with pure joy!

On the way home I stopped at my favorite beach spot and walked. The ocean was like a lake and so clear. This is why I love to live here! Left before it got too hot. It was good for the soul and the “be the light” sign spoke to me. Find what feeds your soul, build community and don’t go it alone!

Get up and at ‘em! A body in motion stays in motion. I love to walk in the peace of the morning, before sun up. 🌅
