We were given the green light to open our doors back up on Monday, and it’s been awesome to welcome all of our members, clients, and guests back in.
We are still making sure to adhere to CDC Guidelines to provide a safe environment for everyone.
-50% capacity (for now)
-still practicing social distancing as best as possible
-wiping down machines

In honor of Elite S/Cs and lifting at the Greater Tampa Open Championships today, we are wishing them the best, and also some of legend, 4x IPF Champion .david ‘s strengtg, who was in last night lifting with us. What a positive, kind and lifter.... sorry for drooling over his god in the picture... an honor to see his optimism in and also his success thus far, and will continue to have, at his age , and also over and how strong she is and going to be 😇💪🏽 REMEMBER, its not how quick you can get in the game, but how long you can stay in it! Everyone is welcomed at the gym in !!!

Like the and training community, its not really about what you do, but how you give back! Thank you for , and all others at who donated all the food to fill up this 3.5ft box full of food for Metropolitan Ministries and those who are unfortunate enough to struggle during the holidays to put on the table! We hope this helps some to get by and have a great !!

GUESS WHAT! We have been listening! And here it is! We are rolling out extended hours over the weekend now! No more excuses on why you can’t come to the best and gym in anymore! No more commercial globo gym crowds or rules! Saturday, we are now opened from 8am-5pm and Sundays opened from 10am-3pm! As a small business gym, this is A HUGE STEP FOR US! Take advantage now!

Support those who support you! placed a huge order, with help of coaches & members, and received part of our donation of over $500 to T-Shirt fundraiser to help get him over to San Jose & represent himself & Elite S/C at Boss of Bosses! All Black/Red ink shirts are in, we obviously had some people pre order theirs, but also we bought some extras to help him fund the refeed 😇 SO ASK WHAT EXTRA SIZES WE HAVE!
