The differences are noticeable but the huge difference is in 24’ I started the deficit on Jan 1! This year I did a mini cut from Nov to Feb and for the last 10 weeks or so I’ve been sitting around maintenance. Also about same weight in pics

I’ll be guided by this time from start to finish instead of just the last 1/4 mile like I did in 24’. We’re about 19 weeks out here and feeling really good about the starting point.
