I spent my Friday evening discussing self care practices with 12 seven year old Girl Scouts. We spent time journaling, slowly breathing, practicing yoga poses, laughing, and hugging. I usually spend my Friday nights bartending. I gotta say, tonight was a reminder that “when you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life”.

I’m thankful to for encouraging young girls to explore their themselves mentally, physically, and emotionally. Seeing the support these sweet little gals give to each other and their level of open mindedness impressed me and warmed my heart completely.
