Good morning friends I hope this "cool" weather finds you well!

Presently our Tournament team with Kaleigh and Sheadon are competing in Boxborough Ma, at the Shidokan USA Mass. State Nationals...please wish them the best, they work hard to build our reputation in the tournament circuit. We will announce the results during class this week!

Give some thought to trying our new Kickboxing class, it's similar to Planet fitness whereas this is a "no judgement Zone!" Everyone nneds to work at their ability and have fun doing it....the hardest part is to start, after that it becomes a good healthy habit!

Also, now that everyone is getting back to their fall schedules, we invite you to bring a friend to Karate, if they join we will reward you with a long sleeve "Recruiter" t shirt!

Now for the news:

1. Cardio Kick-Boxing”: Begins Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 5:00-6:00pm, $10.00 for the first family member & $5.00 for the second per session. This is open to everyone including friends! This is a great way to stay in shape through the fall and winter season!

2. T shirt season will close 10/5: Jackets will be required on Monday Oct. 5th. You have plenty of time to make sure they still fit and get any patches you may have sewn on.

3. Black Belt Club: Grappling Tuesday 9/15 @ 7:00. Black Belt Club is open to Beginners-Jr. Black Belts for an additional $15. Per month. Non “BBC members are welcome @ $10. Per class.

4. All Uniforms require our Crest Patch. $15. and if you want it sewn on $5. additional.

5. Tournament team! Fri. 9/18 Children @ 7pm. Adults @ 8pm.

Good Saturday morning friends, I hope this cool fresh air finds you well!

Now that the Children are back to schoiol and families are into regular schedules, we would ask you to please reach out to friends (new and old) and encourage tham to try Karate, we have so many programs that enhance the development of Children and adults, both physically and mentally. I have found over the last (almost 28 years here) that many friendships have been created that last a lifetime!

We are still looking to start a cardio Kick Boxing program on Monday and Wednesday's at 5:00, presently we only have two interested and we would love to see a few more before we begin!

Now for the news:

1. We will be closed: Monday Sept. 7th. Labor Day.

2. “The winners of the Aug. attendance contest: Dragon’s- Ian Clark! Beginners: Aayan Manandha! Advanced / Jr. Black: Steven Fernandes. Winners received a $25 gift card for “Kev’s Ice cream!” for showing up for your regular classes!

Good Morning Friends! I hope this finds you well!

We're at the end of another very active week at the studio! Our new floor is completed thanks to Paul LeSage, he's a small business carpenter and his Son Jason is one of our students (LMK if you need some home repairs or remodeling!)

We spent the week finalizing evaluations for yesterday's testing, taht test ran from 7:00am until 11:30 am! I appreciate all the hard work that went into this and the dedicated staff that helped us make this possible, John, Sheadon and Kaleigh!

Yesyterday ended the "marathon day" with Kaleigh and Sheadon running another fun "Parents Night out" event where the children participated in "Laser Tag"

Next week is "Parents to Karate" so please join your child on the mat and spend some quality fun time, remember many parents have continued the journey and continue to make this a "Family Martial Arts Studio"! Any Parent that signs up will receive a free uniform ($55.00 value) and any family that recommends us to a friend that joins will receive a free "recruiter" t shirt...Now for the news:
